Kanar Feast 2020

  • Cobblestone Farm 2781 Packard Street Ann Arbor, MI, 48108 United States (map)

Hello players! Just a quick couple of notes regarding Feast entry:

1) You can make a payment online through the website, or in-person at the door. Paying in advance means that you get a receipt, and you don't have to have cash on you. Receipts will not be provided at the door.

2) Payments sent directly to the club's Paypal account without using the website are no longer accepted, as this prevents the payment from being recorded correctly. If you would like to use Paypal, please go to the kanar.club website and make the payment as normal, then choose "Paypal" as your payment method.

3) Players who are banned from KGE events are also banned from Feast. Players who are on our Hold list due to existing issues will also be held at the door pending any possible resolution of the issue.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please feel free to email our Corporate Treasurer at treasurer@kanar.club.

General Announcements

Notice: Knights! Squires! Nobles! Amanda Aquino has been tasked with coordinating the squires this year. Squires are tasked with the collection of various approved heraldry, listing the PC knights in order and other things the peerage has not yet thought of (insert smile).

Please coordinate with Squire Bellari as squires will be needed to help set-up, tear down and generally assist where needed throughout the night. These tasks will not be hard but are needed and appreciated.

To those that wish to help the Squires with various tasks please also check in with Amanda Aquino.

Notice: The Annual Table Awards contest will be coordinated by Leigh Weiler. The winner will be able to select next year’s theme. Due to space, you may only reserve one table for your group at this time. Those that wish to decorate a table for the Table Award contest will take preference. Households are preferred but as little as (3) members can reserve a table as long as they are looking to enter the contest. You must be prepared to decorate the whole table (8 - place settings).

  1. If you do not have enough people to fill the entire table, then be prepared for others to join you at your table since tables are limited.

  2. You may only reserve one table for your group at this time. Extra tables may be available at the event.

  3. Your group can only win this contest once every (4) years. (2018 - Vanari Camp) (2019 - Tribe Tuth) (2020 - maybe you!!!)
