Kanar Gaming Enterprises, Inc. is governed by five Directors elected by the members of KGE, Inc, generally referred to as the Board of Directors, the Board, or the BoD. The Board meets four (or more) times each year to create or modify business policies, approve departmental budgets, allocate funds to specific projects, and review business and game staff. The Board meetings are conducted under a modified version of Robert's Rules of Order and are open to members only. Time permitting, there is a general discussion section at the end of each meeting in which members are invited to address their comments and concerns to the Board.
