The Board of Directors has just passed a proposal that creates 4 extra events per year taking place approxamately 2 weeks after the April, May, September, and October events. You may see them on the calendar as Role Play Only Events (RPOE).
These events will cost $15 for the weekend, and are designed for roleplay. As such, combat mechanics, crafting, and plot will be turned off.
All participants in RPO events will be granted 10xp for attending, and will be able to do a separate sign out form that is due by Wednesday at 11:59pm following the event. The RPOE sign-out cannot be submitted prior to the start of the corresponding RPOE event, and will be applied after the following regular event.

EVENT FEE BREAKDOWN
All participants of Kanar must pay the Annual Membership Dues in order to participate in Kanar events. The cost for annual dues is $20.
If you are new to the club, your first event is free (annual dues must still be paid).
After your first event, regular weekend events are $20.
Weeklong, which takes place in June, is $40.
Role Play Only Events are $15. Participants must already have a character sheet on file and have attended a regular event to attend.
Winter Feast, which is not a standard event, is $25. This event doesn't not count toward your first free event, but is open to new players.
