I’m reaching out to invite more members to share their thoughts through our club survey. The questions focus on BLD, GM, and PM as we start thinking ahead to 2026, and your feedback will really help shape where we go next as a club.

As a Board, we read every survey thoughtfully and discuss how to act on the feedback. We also use these insights in our staff reviews to make sure we’re aligning our efforts with what members value most. Speaking personally, I see the surveys as signposts — they show me where to focus and how I can better serve the club.
