08.26 - Lore changes
Hello everyone!
Just want to give a reminder about changing lores to their updated versions. All players have till the start of the September event to complete this, if it is not completed we will reallocate lores into the category's and/ or refund XP to your charaxters. When you complete your sign out, we ask that in the CBM comments you tell us which direction you would like to go with your lores. If you cannot fill it out on the CBM comment section you can also email us your requests for the change.
There are three ways you can do it: First: the CBM staff can relocate your lores into the condensed category it goes into. We will give xp back to for any removed or duplicate lores. (Please don’t hesitate to inquire on which one it might fall under as well) Second: you can get your XP refunded if you don’t want the lore anymore or if your lore is a multiple in a condensed category. (Example culture lore common elven and culture lore forest elven both fall under culture lore Ashan. You can move one to culture lore Ashan and refund the second one’s Xp. Third: you can change your lores to another lore in the same category. (Example, if you already have a culture lore specialization, you can choose a different culture lore specialization you don’t already have.)

08.20 - Event teaser
Good afternoon, KANAR members,
The GM Staff would like to share a few updates for the upcoming event weekend.
NPC Support Needed — Friday, August 21 at 7:00 PM
We are looking for additional NPCs on Friday evening starting at 7:00 PM. If you’re hoping to complete your NPC hours early, this is a great opportunity, and we would sincerely appreciate the help.
Elevation Ceremony — Saturday at 5:30 PM
An elevation ceremony will take place on Saturday at 5:30 PM. Players who enjoy wearing their finest garb are encouraged to bring it out and help make the moment special.
Module Size Cap — New Operational Update
For the remainder of the year, the GM Staff will be implementing a cap of eight players per module. We will review this practice over the winter and adjust as needed.
In rare cases, GM Staff may temporarily lift the cap for special circumstances, but this should be considered an exception rather than the norm.

08.07 - SOP Committee
Hello there!
At the July Board of Directors meeting, a committee was formed to work on the SOP’s. This committee has two main tasks:
- To fix any inconsistencies that may be present that could hinder development of any other K-game.
- To develop a template of what will be required for a new K-game.
If you are interested in joining this committee, please reach out to president@kanar.club. It would be nice to get this started by next month.
