🌟 Post-Meeting Summary for October and July 🌟 Hello! Here’s an update from the latest Board of Directors meeting to keep everyone in the loop and a reminder that our next Meeting is scheduled for January 12th. Members are welcome to attend.

Exciting Updates: 👏 In July we filled our open staff roles, let’s give them a round of applause! 🎉 C. Cunninghame is now our Quartermaster 1st! 📜 K. Brassuer has been appointed as Game Master 1st! 🛡️ P. Anahid has joined the team as Director of Safety!

🎨 Our new logo has officially been approved! Look out for it appearing soon and reminder to those who reached the final stages of the contest to email the Treasurer about your free event if you haven't already.

✅ All Standard Events and BOD meeting dates for 2025 are approved and on the website. The RPOE events will be decided during our January meeting. https://kanar.club/calendar

💰 Staff don’t forget the Budget Approval Meeting is set for December 15th.

Approved Proposals:

1️⃣ Proposal 2024712-1: Simplified ticket names (A, B, & C where applicable). We hope this helps lessen confusion about ticket names.
2️⃣ Proposal 10052024-1: XP policy update: Event XP cap stays the same, but XP for assisting staff is now separate.
3️⃣ Proposal 10052024-2: Late sign-outs won’t lose NPC XP but may have updates deferred to the next cycle.
